HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU SWP No. 2385/2016 IA No. 1/2016 Priyanka Sharma …..Petitioner(s) Through: None. Vs State of J&K & Ors. .…. Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG Mr. M. Y. Akhoon, Advocate. Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE ORDER 18.02.2026 01. Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner had sought a direction upon the respondents to entertain her application form for the post of Health and Nutrition Mobilizer regarding which applications were invited vide Advertisement Notice dated 23.09.2016. 02. By now, the selection process might have concluded, as such, the relief prayed for in the present writ petition must have been rendered infructuous. This seems to be the reason for non- appearance of the petitioner which indicates that she has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. 03. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 04. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. (SANJAY DHAR) JUDGE Jammu 18.02.2026 Shivalee Regular Cause List Sr. No. 39 Shivalee Khajuria 2026.02.19 17.17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Jammu
