Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioners have sought a direction upon the respondents to regularize their services as General Line Teachers with a further direction that they should not be subjected to screening test for the purpose of regularization of their services. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 11.02.2026 addressed by Zonal Education Officer, Majalta to Chief Education Officer Udhampur, a perusal whereof would reveal that the petitioners have been regularized as General Line Teachers vide order No. DESJ 11390-DSEJ of 2019 dated 24.09.2019 read with Order of Chief Education Officer Udhampur No. CEO/RET/122240-50 dated 26.09.2019. 3. In this view of the matter, the relief sought in the matter has been rendered infructuous. 4. The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
