On earlier two occasions when the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.04.2026 and 29.04.2026, no one has appeared to argue the case on behalf of the appellant. Even today when the matter is called out in second round, no one appears for the appellant. Since no representation is made on behalf of the appellant despite the matter is repeatedly taken up and called out for hearing, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
