Learned counsel for the appellant submits that till date no steps have been taken for revival of the arbitral proceedings and further the respondent has also expired. He further prays that present petition may be disposed of, however, with liberty to revive the present appeal in case any arbitral proceedings are initiated by legal heirs. Ordered accordingly.
