Despite the name of the petitioner being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance in person today and, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that despite genuine efforts, she is unable to secure instructions from the petitioner, and reported 'no instructions’. 3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter and therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
