A perusal of the compromise memo would indicate that both the appellants and respondent signed in the compromise memo and they were identified by their respective counsel. The learned counsel for the appellants and respondent have also counter signed in the compromise memo. 3. The said compromise memo is recorded and accordingly, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise memo filed by the appellants and respondent. The compromise memo shall form part of the decree passed in this second appeal. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
