According to him, the 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.6285 of 2016 High-Tension Tower was erected without the consent of the petitioner and in violation of Rule 3 of the Works of Licensees Rules, 2006. He further submitted that, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the transmission tower was erected and the High-Tension transmission lines have also been drawn across the petitioner's property. 3.In such circumstances, the learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court and to raise all the grounds urged in the present Writ Petition. 4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law.
