Ms.Raja Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that in view of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.39583 and 2015 and 26986 of 2011 dated 03.02.2026, the issue involved in the present writ petition is no longer res integra and stands settled. She further submitted that in the light of the said authoritative pronouncement, the claim made by the petitioner cannot be entertained. 3.
