Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 2. Present application has been filed by Sri Diptiman Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner stating therein that settlement has been made between the petitioner and respondent no.3-Neeraj Tyagi before the Assistant Labour Commissioner, U.P., Muzaffarnagar on 03.02.2026, hence prayer has been made to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of aforesaid settlement. 3. Ms. Bushra Maryam, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri Baquer Mehdi, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.3-Neeraj Tyagi has also accepted the aforesaid fact. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that relevant paragraph of the aforesaid settlement as translated in English No. 5 to 9 has been mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of aforesaid application, hence prayer has been made to allow the application in terms of aforesaid settlement. 5. In view of aforesaid, present Application No.10 of 2026 is allowed. Order on Writ petition The writ petition is disposed of in terms of above application. The respondent no.2-Labour Court, Meerut before whom sum of Rs. 1,16,394/- was deposited by the petitioner, is directed to make payment of aforesaid amount in favour of respondent no.3-workman-Neeraj Tyagi forthwith along with interest accrued on the aforesaid amount.
