Learned counsel appearing for the workman, Surender Kumar, submits that affidavits have been filed vide Diary Nos. 226605/2026 and 226671/2026, wherein the workman has stated that he does not wish to continue with the present proceedings. It is further stated that the workman does not seek enforcement of the impugned award dated 14.03.2016. A copy of the affidavit is handed over in Court and is taken on record. 2.
