recording of settlement between the parties and along with the application a Memorandum of Understanding/Settlement Deed dated 11.11.2025 has been appended.
2. It is stated in the application that along with the present suit CS(COMM) 1113/2016 is pending in this Court and CS (DJ) No. 1021/2021 titled ‘Jyoti Kukreja & Anr. v. Gopal Kukreja & Ors.’ was pending before the District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts. After due deliberations and mutual understanding and with a view to restore family harmony as also to put an end to all disputes amicably, parties have executed an MoU dated 11.11.2025, whereby all disputes which are subject matter of the three suits have been amicably settled. In light of the settlement, the suit pending before the District Court has been disposed of recording the settlement. By this application, parties pray that the two suits pending in this Court be also
decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties.
3. Court has perused the terms of settlement incorporated in MoU dated 11.11.2025 and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of recording the settlement between the parties.

4. Both these suits are decreed in terms of the settlements between the parties. Terms of MoU dated 11.11.2025 shall form part of the decrees and bind the parties thereto.
5. Insofar as the packaging material bearing the impugned marks, which the Local Commissioner appointed in CS(COMM) 1113/2016, had seized and is lying under superdari with the Defendants is concerned, Defendants This is a digitally signed order. shall destroy the same on 15.06.2026 at 02:00 PM in the presence of the Authorized Representative of the Plaintiffs. The exercise of destruction shall be videographed by both parties and the video shall be preserved. In furtherance of this settlement, Demand Draft in the sum of Rs.7,50,000/- has been handed over on behalf of Ms. Jyoti Kukreja to learned counsel for Mrs. Mohini Kukreja and others.
6. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheets.
7. Suits stand disposed of along with pending applications.
8. Plaintiffs in the respective suits are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.
