After comprehensive discussion, it is agreed between the Learned Counsel for the parties after taking instructions from the respective parties that the appellant(s) shall get enhanced amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- as lump sum compensation over and above the Award of the learned Tribunal as full and final compensation. In view of the settlement, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit Rs. 3,50,000/- before the Registrar General of this Court within a period of six weeks from today failing which same shall carry interest @ 9% per annum on the delayed deposit.
