After comprehensive discussion, it is agreed between the Learned Counsel for the parties after taking instructions from the respective parties that the appellant(s) shall get enhanced amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- as lump sum compensation over and above the Award of the Learned Tribunal as full and final compensation. In view of the settlement, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit Rs.7,00,000/- before the Registrar General of this Court This is a digitally signed order.
