2. The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: -
“i. To direct the respondent to implement the order dated 11.02.2015 passed in WP (C) No. 2117/2012.
ii. Initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for their willful disobedience of order dated 11.02.2015 passed in WP (C) No. 2117/2012.
Such other and further order which their Lordships of this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may please be passed.”
3. None appears on behalf of the petitioners today.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents points out that
judgment dated 11.02.2015 passed in W.P.(C) 2118/2012 and W.P.(C) 2117/2012 was challenged by the respondents by way of appeals, LPA Nos. 405/2016 and 409/2016, which were also dismissed vide order/judgment dated 01.09.2016. The said judgment/order was further challenged by the respondents vide SLP Nos. 629-630/2017 and vide order dated 03.02.2017, the leave has been granted in the said SLP. The relevant orders have been handed up in the Court today, and the same has been taken on record.
6. In these circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to revive the same, subject to the outcome of the aforesaid SLP.
7. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
