Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays as under: “(i) issue of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned office order 13.06.2013 (Annexure-P-1), order dated 04.03.2015 (Annexure-P-2) in OA No.2576/2013 and order dated 15.5.2015 in RA No.110/2015 in OA No.2576/2013 (Annexure-P-3); (ii). to pass such other and further orders by this Hon’ble Court as deemed fit and proper.” 2. The Petitioner was working as Lino Operator, which post became surplus on account of modernization. He was redeployed as Offset Machine Assistant. 3. It is pointed out that the Petitioner worked on the aforesaid post and he has already demitted office on attaining the age of superannuation. 4.
