Any other order or relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may be passed in the facts and circumstances of the present case.” 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Leave granted. 5. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
