JUSTICE JASMEET SINGH O R D E R % 27.01.2026 1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “i. Issue writ of mandamus and other appropriate orders and directions against the respondents no.1 and 2 DDA authorities, thereby restraining the said authorities, their employees, representatives etc. from causing any interference and obstructions and dispossession of the petitioner in the suit property comprising of land measuring 5 Bigha 13 Biswa (05-13) in Khasra No.24/7/1 (05-02) and in Khasra No.24/14/2 (0-11) in the Revenue Estate of Village Bamnoli, New Delhi; ii. Issue writ of mandamus, thereby giving directions to the respondent no.3 authorities (Tehsildar, Kapashera, New Delhi) to decide and dispose of and thereby to carry out the This is a digitally signed order. There is nobody appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3. However, Ms. Takiar, learned standing counsel for Delhi Development Authority, has handed over a judgment passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court i.e., Anand Prakash v. State and Others, in W.P. (C) 3536/2014, dated 08.08.2024, wherein the writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging the acquisition of the subject land i.e., land measuring 5 bighas 13 biswas (5-13) comprising in Khasra No. 24/7/1 (5-2) and Khasra No. 24/14/2 (0-11) situated in the revenue estate of village Bamnoli, New Delhi, has been dismissed. 4. 4. Since the petition challenging the acquisition of the subject land has already been dismissed by judgment of Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, nothing survives in the present petition. 5. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, along with pending applications if any. 6. The judgment in Anand Prakash v. State and Others, in W.P.
