1. The present application has been filed under Order XXII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking substitution of the legal heirs of the deceased in place of the deceased petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, submits that the petitioner in the present case has expired.
3. In view of the aforesaid and there being no objection, the present application is allowed.
4. The Registry is directed to substitute the name of legal heirs of the deceased petitioner in place of the name of deceased/petitioner in the array of parties, before the next date of hearing.
