At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-management submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, and has placed reliance upon a compromise deed, which is taken on record. As per the terms thereof, a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- has been paid towards full and final settlement of the dispute between the parties. Moreover, it is pointed out that respondent No.1 is presently working with Panasonic, Jhajjar. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the said amicable settlement, since the present petition has been rendered infructuous, he be permitted to withdraw the same. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 submits that despite his best efforts, he has been unable to establish contact with the private respondent.
