The present Applications have been filed under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking amendment of the memo of parties on account of change of the name of the Petitioner’s company from “IIFL Securities Limited” to “IIFL Capital Service Limited”. 2. For the reasons stated in the present Applications and there being no objection from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, the present Applications are allowed. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that the disputes between the parties stand settled in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.04.2026 [“Settlement Agreement”]. 6. Learned counsel for the parties further submit that the parties undertake to duly abide by the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. 7. In view of the fact that the disputes, as between the parties, stand settled and have mutually entered into the aforestated Settlement Agreement, the present matters along with pending application(s), if any, are disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.
