The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, for quashing the orders dated 30.05.2011 (Annexure P-6), dated 06.11.2012 (Annexure P-7) and dated 12.11.2014 (Annexure P-8) as well as order dated 29.03.2016 (Annexure P-9), which are contrary to the records of the society and statutory provisions of the Punjab Cooperative Societies Act and Rules. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has unfortunately died and he is not in touch with his LRs. 3.
