Mr. Rajiv Goyal, the contemnor, is present in Court along with his counsel Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Advocate, and states that he is carrying a Demand Draft bearing reference no. 000433509565.For a sum of Rs.16,60,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank, which shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court by tomorrow. In addition, a further sum of Rs.20,000/- shall also be deposited by tomorrow. 2. Balance amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, was settled in the contempt proceedings, out of which Rs.3,20,000/- has already been deposited with the Registry of this Court. 3.
