This is a petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order/award dated 04.12.2015 passed by respondent No.1 and order dated 06.05.2008 passed by respondent No.2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the fact that it was specifically recorded in the previous order dated 30.01.2020 that it was the last opportunity to the parties to inspect the records and argue the case. Dismissed in default. The pending miscellaneous application, if any, is also disposed of as such.
