Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the information received by him, petitioner-workman has already expired and despite efforts, no one has contacted him for moving an appropriate application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased-Ravinder Paul, thus, pleads no instructions.
2. In these circumstances, this Court is unable to proceed further for the purpose of hearing of the present petition and left with no other option except to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
3. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs of the deceased- workman to move an appropriate application for seeking revival of the present writ petition, with the preparation to argue the matter, within four weeks from today, in case any substantive issue still exists alongwith a cause of action to the petitioner.
