(ORAL) 1 The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the orders dated 02.03.2015 (Annexure P-8) and 25.08.2015 (Annexure P-18), and for a direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to convert the temporary watercourse, sanctioned vide order dated 22.10.2014, into a permanent watercourse. 2 Since 2016 the present writ petition is pending without there being any interim order. Today, again, there is a request for adjournment. 3 Keeping in view that the parties have reconciled to the situation, this Court finds that the parties are no longer interested in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
