The Insurance company has deposited the entire awarded amount before the Registrar General of this Court. Officer of the insurance company has instructions to withdraw the present appeal. 3. Needless to say that the appellant shall be entitled to refund of statutory amount along with interest, if any, and direction is issued to refund the same to the Insurance Company.
