1. Appellant Insurance Company has filed an appeal for reduction of the award dated 07.06.2016 passed by the Learned MACT, awarding a compensation of Rs. 7,02,816/- along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of claim petition.
2. The Insurance company has deposited the entire awarded amount before the Registrar General of this Court. Officer of the insurance company has instructions to withdraw the present appeal.
3. Needless to say that the appellant shall be entitled to refund of statutory amount along with interest, if any, and direction is issued to refund the same to the Insurance Company. 4. We note that the rights of the respective parties stand protected, as per the law.
