Learned counsel for the respondents refers to the averments made in paragraph No.10 of the written statement, wherein it has been categorically stated giving details that the entire amount of retiral benefits amounting to Rs.82,399/- has been paid to the petitioner after adjusting the amount that was embezzled by him as also the loan amount/CC limit and bonus recoverable for the years 1996-97 and 1997-98, in respect of which some other cases are pending before the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jind as well as the Civil Courts at Jind. 2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to press the instant petition any further, however, prays for liberty to submit representation in case any grievance still subsists. 3.
