1. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the constitution of India for quashing/setting aside the letter No.LG-1/letters/226 dated 04.07.2016 issued by the respondent No.7 and oral directions issued by respondent No.8, whereby the petitioners and the other students of MBBS Batch have been
directed to collect/submit the attendance from previous institute to their respective institute at their own level, failing which the petitioners and the others students being short of 75% attendance in a subject and thus will not be eligible in annual examination.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioners have already completed their MBBS course.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
4. Dismissed as infructuous.
