The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the constitution of India for quashing/setting aside order dated 28.05.2016 qua the petitioners, whereby the petitioner No.1 has been sent to the respondent No.8 college and the petitioner No.2 & 3 have been sent to respondent No.7 college respectively, without considering the fact that the petitioners have to merely re- appear only in a one exam which is to be conducted by respondent No.5 in November, 2016. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioners have already completed their MBBS course. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 4. Dismissed as infructuous. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
