Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner remained elected as Member of Nagar Panchayat from 2016 to 2026 and President of Nagar Panchayat n 15.05.2026, petitioner filed nomination papers for contesting the election of Nagar Panchayat, Rayya from ward No.12 of nomination papers was fixed for 18.05.2026. Respondent No.8 raised objections submitting false and fabricated photographs of encroachmen allegedly raised by the petitioner and arrears of tax, on the basis of which nomination was cancelled on submits that documents submitted by respondent No.8 along with his objections were forged, fabricated and clear case 1
