The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the constitution of India for directing the respondents to shift the petitioners to any other medical college duly affiliated and approved by the State of Haryana in view of the non-recognition of respondent No.6-College by the Medical Council of India. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioner has already completed his MBBS course. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 4. Dismissed as infructuous. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
