First appeal filed by him was also dismissed by the learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur-cum-First Appellate Court. [2] By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgments and decrees dated 05.02.2013 & 24.04.2015 passed by both the Courts below, whereby the dismissal of suit for declaration filed at the instance of plaintiff was affirmed. [3] Vide order dated 04.07.2024, the main appeal was admitted. [4] On the last two dates of hearing, i.e. 18.07.2025 & 23.04.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, therefore, on 23.04.2026, Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellant as well as his counsel-Sh.
