This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.80 dated 13.06.2014, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1), with all the subsequent proceeding arising therefrom. 2. It has been submitted by learned State counsel that the present FIR has already been quashed on the basis of compromise vide order dated 14.12.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He has placed on record the photocopy of the said order. 3.
