Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No.2 and 3 to implement and give full effect to the order dated 13.01.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Hoshiarpur. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her other remedies before the concerned Revenue Authorities, in accordance with law. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4. All the pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
