An application bearing CRM-7583-2026 has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for disposing of the main petition as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has since been acquitted of the charges vide judgment dated 10.07.2025 passed by learned SDJM, Khanna, District Ludhiana, thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.
