Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no contact with the LRs of the appellant. He further submits that, in the absence of the LRs, he is not in a position to pursue or settle the matter and, therefore, prays that the case be consigned to the record room, with liberty to revive the same as and when the LRs of appellant approach. Accordingly, on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case is consigned to the record room, reserving liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the appeal as and when the appellant approach.
