CMP No.23252 of 2026 The instant application has been filed for the substitution of the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5, Mastu, respondent No.6, Gangi, respondent No.14, Naratu Ram and respondent No.16, Chhangu Ram in a decided matter. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that he shall file separate applications for the substitution of respondent numbers 6, 14 and 16, and the instant application will be treated only to have been filed for the substitution of the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5. In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the legal heirs as mentioned in para 2 of the application are ordered to be substituted as respondent No. 5(a) to 5(f), subject to all just exceptions.
