CMP(M) No. 1446 & 1447 of 2026 These two applications have been moved by the legal heirs of the sole petitioner, who is stated to have passed away on 7.9.2020. The death certificate of the petitioner has been appended with the application as Annexure A-1. Since there is delay in moving the application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased petitioner, another application has also been filed for condonation of delay in moving the application to bring on record the legal heirs. Learned Counsel for the non-applicants has no objection for allowing the application. On considering the pleadings and submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, both the applications are allowed in terms of their prayer clause. Accordingly, the legal heirs of deceased petitioner, detailed in para-1 of CMP(M) No. 1446 of 2026 are ordered to be impleaded as petitioners No. 1(a) to 1(d). Amended memo of parties be taken on record. Both the applications to stand disposed of. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause title.
