CMP No.13524 & 13526 of 2026 The present applications under Order 32 Rule 12, read with Section 151 of CPC, have been filed by the applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3, namely, Minakshi and Rajani, for discharging their natural guardian i.e. her mother Guddi (respondent No.1), as they have attained the age of majority. Learned vice counsel for the non- applicant/appellant, submitted that she doesn't intend to file any reply to the present applications and has no objection, in case, the same are allowed. Heard. Since applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3, namely, Minakshi and Rajani, have now attained the age of majority, as is evident from their Matriculation Examination Certificates, copy whereof annexed with the applications as well as their affidavits annexed therewith, the present applications are allowed and their mother Guddi, respondent No.1, is ordered to be discharged from their guardianship; and they are permitted to pursue their case in their own capacity. The applications stand disposed of. CMP Nos.13525 & 13527 of 2026 At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants/respondents, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application. Accordingly, the present applications are dismissed as withdrawn. FAO No.38 of 2016 Now list the present appeal for final hearing alongwith FAO Nos. 53 of 2016, 72 of 2016 & FAO No. 67 of 2017 in the month of August, 2026.
