Pradeep Bjaj & another vs. Srikrishan Bhandari CS No.19 of 2016 05.06.2026 Present: Mr. Pranjal Munjal, Advocate, vice counsel, for the plaintiffs. Ms. Tamanna Sharma, Advocate, vice counsel, for the defendant. OMP No.441 of 2026 The instant application has been filed by the learned counsel for withdrawal of power of attorney on behalf of the defendant. It has been averred in the application that despite sending various letters to the defendant, no instructions are being imparted to the learned counsel, which has created a problem for conducting the instant case. The letter has been appended along with the application as Annexure D-1, which clearly reveals that despite communicating to the defendant, he has failed to turn up and to impart necessary instructions to the learned counsel. Consequently, in view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and the learned counsel is permitted to withdraw power of attorney on behalf of the defendant. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. Civil Suit No.19 of 2016 Issue fresh notice for the service of defendant, returnable within three weeks, on taking steps within two days. List thereafter. ( Romesh Verma ) Judge June 05, 2026 (vt)
