Since the appeal has been decided vide judgment dated 07.08.2025, there is no impediment to release the amount. Learned counsel representing the appellant/non-applicant has no objection in case the amount in terms of the judgment passed by this Court is released in favour of applicant/respondent No.1. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the amount falling to the share of applicant/respondent No.1, in terms of the judgment passed by this Court on 07.08.2025 is ordered to be released in his favour along- with up-to-date interest accrued thereon and the same may be transmitted in his bank account, details whereof have been mentioned in para 6 of the application.
