Dinesh & ors. Vs. Mohan Lal & ors. CO No. 81 of 2016 in RSA No. 117 of 2016 27.2.2026 Present: Mr. Anirudh Sharma, Advocate, for the non-cross-objectors. None for proposed LRs of cross- objectors No. 8. CMP(M) Nos. 1363 & 1365 of 2025 By way of present applications, indulgence of this Court has been sought to bring on record the LRs of deceased Cross- Objector No. 8 Lachhman, who, as per the application has expired on 18.7.2022, after condoning the delay in filing the application under Order 22 Rules 3 and 9 of the CPC. Notices of the applications were issued to the proposed LRs of cross-objector No. 8. However, despite service, no one has put appearance on their behalf. Considering the said fact, this Court is of the view that proposed LRs have nothing to say in the matter. Consequently, the applications are allowed and delay in filing the application under Order 22 Rules 3 and 9 is condoned and the proposed LRs of deceased cross-objector No. 8 are ordered to be brought on record as Cross- Objectors No. 8(a) to 8(d). The applications are, thus, disposed of. CMP No. 18406 of 2025 The application is allowed with a direction to do the needful, as and when, directed by the Court to do so. The application is, thus, disposed of. RSA No. 117 of 2016 Amended memo of parties be filed on or before the next date of hearing. List after four weeks.
