Since, the purpose for issuance of NBWs against the petitioner was to secure his presence, which has been fulfilled by his surrender before the Court today, therefore, the present application is allowed and NBWs issued against the petitioner/applicant is ordered to be cancelled and the same be recalled unexecuted.
