CMP No. 30824 of 2025 By way of the present application, the following relief has been sought:- “ It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this application may kindly be allowed and the applicant/respondent may kindly be allowed to cut the khair tree and allow the applicant to sell it to the contractor and the amount received by the applicant may kindly be allowed to deposit the consideration amount in the Registry of this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice and fair play.” It has fairly been admitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that bid for cutting the Khair trees has already been closed on 31.03.2026. In such situation, permission has been sought to move the appropriate application before the competent authority for cutting the Khair trees and deposit the amount thereafter with the Court. Let the said application be filed within two weeks and the competent authorities are directed to decide the same, as per law, within four weeks thereafter. The application stands disposed of.
