(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 23.3.2026, issued under the signature of Superintendent of Jail Model Central Jail Kanda, Shimla, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that petitioner has been already released from jail on 14.4.2021 on premature release as per order of Home Department Government of Himachal Pradesh vide letter No. Home-C(B)5-20/2015-loose-Part-I dated 9.4.2021 received through the Director General of Prisons Himachal Pradesh vide letter No. 4-52/2001-Jails-IV-2204-12 dated 13.4.2021 for his good behaviour and conduct. 2 2.
