Deletion of her name has been sought on the ground that her legal representatives are already on record as respondents No.2, 4, 5 and 6. In view of the no objection made by learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the application, under consideration is allowed and the name of respondent No.3, is ordered to be deleted from the array of parties, subject to all just exceptions. Necessary corrections be made in the cause title of the appeal. Amended memo of parties, annexed with the application, be taken on record. The application stands disposed of.
