Mirza, states that he has filed pursis on record dated 24.08.2026, stating that he may be discharged from present proceeding, as petitioner is not responding to his communication served by registered post. Accordingly, Advocate R.J. Mirza, is discharged from present proceeding. 2. This Court on 24.08.2026 passed the following order: “1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not received instructions from the petitioner-Society and thereby, he has issued a notice by registered post. In view of above, in order to grant one opportunity to the petitioner-Society, list the matter on 31.08.2026, for further consideration.” 3. Today, none appeared for petitioner before this Court, it seems that no one contacted to the learned Counsel nor appeared in person before this Court.
