The learned Counsel for respondent No.3 submits that, out of the 14 petitioners, petitioner Nos.5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 have retired; petitioner Nos.1, 3, 4, 10, 11, 13 and 14 are continuing in service in the school run by the respondent No.3-management; and petitioner No.2 is serving in another school. Therefore, according to him, the reliefs sought in the present petition stand redressed and nothing survives for further consideration. 3. We accept the statement made by the learned Counsel for respondent No.3. 4. In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
