Mr. Karandikar, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that in paragraph no.6 of the memo of the writ petition no. 8074 of 2016, the petitioner has sought payment under the head leave encashment, D.A, pay slips for the month of June 2006 to December 2008, TDS certificate, salary certificate. Mr. Karandikar, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that, respondent nos.1 and 2 have already complied with the demands made in paragraph no.6. He submits that there is no merit in the present writ petition. 4. On 28 July 2026, Advocate for the petitioner was present in the Court, who sought time to file rejoinder. Thereafter, on 17 August 2026, none appeared for the petitioner; hence, the matter was adjourned to today under the caption “For Dismissal”. 5. Today again nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
