On 12th February, 2026, the following order was passed: “At the request of the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3, the matter be listed on 5th March, 2026, for the purpose of making a statement as to whether the rental compensation has been deposited with the Land Acquisition Officer.” 02. The learned Counsel for respondent No. 3, on instructions, submits that the rental compensation has been not deposited with the Land Acquisition Officer. She submits that the amount will be deposited within twelve weeks from today in accordance with the provisions of law, the policy decision taken by the Government and the law settled by the Court. 03.
